The AC Hotel, which is located at 842 Sixth Avenue in Midtown and has a total built area of 100,000 square feet, has 168 guest rooms, terrace floors, and other amenities. The Hotel New York NoMad will be the world’s tallest modular hotel once it is completed.

Each steel module has one completely furnished guest room, which has been pre-painted, decorated, and is furnished with beds, bedding, floors, and even toiletries. Modular construction will also be used for the hotel’s roof and rooftop bars, while traditional methods will be used for the hotel’s public rooms, such as the restaurant and lobby.

The modular rooms are built at a factory in Poland, shipped to New York by cargo ship, loaded onto flatbed trucks, transported across the Brooklyn Bridge, and finally crane-lifted into place one by one.
