The 11th Street Residence project was designed with flexibility and personalization at its core, offering clients a curated selection of material palettes to suit their aesthetic and functional preferences. The approach prioritized timeless elegance, modern functionality, and a seamless integration of materials to create a refined yet livable environment.

Key spaces, including the kitchen and library, were presented in multiple material schemes—one emphasizing light, airy tones with warm wood finishes, and the other embracing a bold contrast of deep hues and rich textures. The kitchen’s design incorporated options for dark-stained cabinetry with striking marble countertops, as well as a lighter alternative featuring natural wood tones and a soft, neutral stone finish. In the library, shelving and millwork variations allowed for a choice between a crisp, contemporary white scheme and a dramatic, sophisticated black palette.

By providing these distinct material options, the 11th Street Residence offers a tailored design experience, ensuring that every detail aligns with the client’s vision while maintaining a cohesive and thoughtfully curated look and feel.
