The Greene St. Office project reimagines a historic building in the heart of SoHo, seamlessly blending contemporary functionality with the character and charm of its architectural past. The design preserves original details—ornate moldings, high ceilings, and grand windows—while introducing modern elements that enhance productivity and comfort.

A refined material palette of soft neutrals, warm woods, and textured finishes creates a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere. Custom millwork, including integrated shelving and workstations, maximizes efficiency without compromising aesthetics. Thoughtfully placed lighting highlights the historic framework, accentuating intricate details while providing optimal illumination for a dynamic work environment.

Glass partitions and French doors maintain openness while defining spaces, balancing privacy with collaboration. Social and breakout areas encourage creativity and informal interaction, reinforcing a flexible and inspiring workplace. The Greene St. Office stands as a testament to adaptive reuse—honoring the past while crafting a refined, contemporary workspace tailored for the future.
